2. Get Specific:
One of the difficulties we all have in terms of goal setting is that we keep the details too vague. But if you spend some time on working out the specifics you have a much better chance of following through.
The first question you need to ask yourself is whether the goal is realistic? The next question should be whether you have a strategy that works towards the goal? To help with motivation place a deadline on when you want to see the outcome, or at least a time-frame when it should occur. Don’t be scared to get specific.
