6. Take Breaks:

Unless you have a computer for a brain you will most likely only be able to focus intensely for about 30 to 60 minutes at a time. In light of this, take a 5 minute break every hour to get your mind clear.

However, don’t spend that 5 minutes checking emails or social media message. Rather take that time to breathe and relax your mind.
